Farm Tour Agreement

ATTENTION: Please be aware that we are a working farm—be sure to look for and obey all signage regarding parking, pathways, and areas to which the public does not have access (it’s for your safety!). It is very important that you read ALL info regarding visiting and the rules on your Farm Tour. Your safety and the safety of our animals & staff are very important to us—please respect all rules and posted signs when at the farm. We appreciate your cooperation & patience! 

 

When you arrive we'll go over farm rules, but please note that pursuant to Virginia law, we must notify you that: 

Under Virginia law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death.
