Experience the beauty of the Virginia Piedmont region and its rich resources with an unforgettable farm-to-table dining experience. Join Chef Pete Smith of Market Salamander at our farm in Paris, Virginia for a 5-course Wagyu dinner at our historic manor. Start with a tour of the farm and learn the property's rich history which dates back to 1730, then dine on our back lawn with picturesque pastoral views and a delicious meal highlighting Ovoka's premium Wagyu beef. 


First Course Wagyu Tartare, Grand Marnier, Capers, Red Onion, Parsley, and Garlic Crouton

Second Course Roasted Wagyu Meatball, Truffle Ravioli, Basil, Shaved Parmesan, and Sherry Cream

Third Course Smoked Wagyu Brisket, Arugula Slaw, Blue Cheese, Spice Pecan and Balsamic

Forth Course Rosemary Wagyu Strip Loin, Baby Vegetables, and Demi-Glace

Fifth Course Blueberry Cheesecake Bar, White Chocolate Ganache, Mint
