Join Chef Pete Smith of Market Salamander at our farm in Paris, Virginia for a 5-course Wagyu dinner at our historic manor. Start with a tour of the farm and learn the property's rich history which dates back to 1730, then dine on our back lawn with picturesque pastoral views and a delicious meal highlighting Ovoka's premium Wagyu beef.
